3. Courses & Batch Timings
LA International Academy may revise course schedules, batch timings, trainers, curriculum, training methods, or class locations when reasonably required.
Batch changes or transfers are subject to availability and Academy approval.
4. Attendance & Certification
Students must maintain the required attendance and successfully complete applicable practical work, assignments, training hours, and assessments to qualify for certification.
Certificates may be withheld until all applicable course requirements and outstanding dues are completed.
5. Practical Training
Courses may include practical training in makeup, hair, nails, skin, cosmetology, and related beauty services.
Students must follow all hygiene, safety, product-use, and trainer instructions. Students should inform trainers about any known allergies or sensitivities before participating in practical sessions.
6. Student Conduct
Students must maintain professional behaviour, discipline, hygiene, punctuality, and respect toward trainers, staff, models, and other students.
Serious misconduct, fraud, repeated rule violations, or non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
7. Placement & Internship Assistance
LA International Academy may provide placement and internship assistance for eligible students and applicable courses.
However, placement assistance does not guarantee employment, salary, internship, or any specific career outcome. Final selection depends on employers, vacancies, student performance, and eligibility.
8. Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during classes, practical sessions, workshops, events, or Academy activities. Subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements, these may be used for educational, website, portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
All Academy content, including course materials, text, images, videos, designs, branding, and training resources, is owned by or licensed to LA International Academy.
It may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.
10. Personal Belongings
Students are responsible for their personal belongings, including phones, jewellery, cash, makeup kits, tools, and electronic devices. The Academy is not responsible for loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
